Island Time Travel Terms of Use
Prices and availability of travel products, including those displayed on this site, are subject to change until an actual reservation is made.  Port, air, fuel, and government taxes are subject to change at any time.

Island Time Travel is not the source or supplier of the travel services presented on this site and acts solely as an agent for suppliers of such services.  The suppliers whose names appear in your itinerary or travel documents are actually responsible for the providing the travel services that have been purchased.  Island Time Travel is not responsible for acts or omissions of the suppliers or their failure to provide services, adhere to their own schedules, issue refunds, or for any injury, property damage, loss, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by any party not under Island Time Travel’s control.

Upon receipt of travel documents, it is incumbent upon every traveler to thoroughly review such documents for accuracy and to promptly contact his/her travel agent with any questions or discrepancies.

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires all travelers to carry a government-issued identification card in order to board a flight.  If traveling internationally, you must have a valid passport, and depending on your destination and nationality, may be required to obtain one or more visas.  It is very important that the name, date of birth, and gender that appears on your identification/passport matches exactly the same such data that is listed on your airline ticket or booking record.  Your failure to comply with these TSA requirements may result in denied boarding or an undue delay at an airport security checkpoint causing you to miss your flight.  Detailed information is available on the U.S. Department of State website.

Island Time Travel strongly recommends the purchase (at the time of initial trip deposit) of a travel protection plan to cover certain risks inherent in travel such as the inability to travel due to a medical or personal emergency, supplier bankruptcy or default, travel delays or interruptions, the need for emergency assistance or medical care while out of the country, and much more.  Contact your travel agent for more information.
